Pricing questions, answered.
Can I switch tiers as my orders grow?
Yes — upgrade in one tap from your dashboard, takes effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrade takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You can also cancel anytime; your data is kept for 90 days.
Does Pro support multi-pickup-point orders?
Each order has a single pickup/delivery address. Multi-pickup-point routing — where a single order can have different pickup locations (e.g. multiple collection points for a batch run) — ships with Scale. It's on the S5 roadmap. (Team-member seats are coming soon.)
How does Lalamove delivery work, and what about frozen or outstation orders?
Lalamove rider booking is live on Pro and Scale, using your own Lalamove account. Buyers see a live rider quote at checkout, and you dispatch in one tap from a packed order — motorcycle or car — with the tracking link pushed to the buyer automatically. That covers intra-city delivery. For frozen or outstation parcels you set up courier rate cards instead: your own zones and weight bands for J&T, DD Cold Chain, Ninja Cold and the rest, then paste the consignment number when you ship. Rate cards are on every plan.
What payment methods can my customers use?
Two rails, both settling straight to you. Connect your own HitPay account and buyers tap Pay now — DuitNow QR, FPX from every bank, Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, ShopeePay, Boost, Visa/Mastercard. Or take bank transfer, DuitNow QR and cash by hand, with the “I've paid” handshake and receipts. Kedaipal never touches your order money; HitPay's gateway fee is billed to you directly and we add nothing on top.
