Or take bank transfer / cash: Kedaipal sends your payment details, tracks the “I've paid” handshake, and issues the receipt. Kedaipal never touches your order money.

Can I run a sale without reposting every price?

Yes. Put one product or a whole category on sale with one percentage off and an end time — buyers see the old price struck through and a live countdown, and prices snap back by themselves. For a flash sale, cap the units and let unpaid orders cancel themselves so the stock goes back on sale. Voucher codes work the same way for a regular, an apology or a giveaway: one code, one use, shareable as a link or a QR for your counter. All on Pro.

Which couriers can I book?

Any courier on your own Delyva account — J&T Express, Ninja Van, Pos Malaysia, DHL eCommerce, City-Link, Flash Express and cold-chain lanes like Ninja Cold — quoted from the order, cheapest first, with the tracking number sent to your buyer on WhatsApp. Lalamove covers same-day riders in Malaysia and Singapore. Delyva's Singapore couriers are being enabled.

I sell at a stall too — does that work?

Yes — that's exactly who we built for. Counter checkout gives your stall one QR: walk-ins scan, order and pair to WhatsApp on the spot. Counter and chat orders share one inbox, one stock count, and one customer list.

Question 6

I sell custom-made orders — can buyers approve a design first?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Mark a product as needing mockup approval and its orders can't enter production until the buyer signs off on their tracking page. Payment is only asked for after approval — and if a buyer goes quiet, you can waive the gate after 48 hours.

Can my helper use it without seeing my bank details?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Invite them by email and pick, area by area, what they can reach — orders only for whoever packs, orders and products for a manager, and nothing near your money unless you say so. They sign in as themselves, so the order timeline names who confirmed it and who rang it up at the counter. Pro includes two teammates; Enterprise has no limit.

Yes. Singapore stores price in S$, take PayNow and cards through HitPay, and book Lalamove riders from the order. And a buyer with a Singaporean, Indonesian or Japanese WhatsApp number picks their own flag at checkout — no more “number not accepted” at the last step.
