Book J&T, DHL, Ninja and cold-chain couriers straight from an order — one tap, nationwide, and the tracking number lands on your buyer’s order page by itself.
The Delyva account is yours, and the credit is yours. Kedaipal only does the booking for you — we never hold, add to, or take from your delivery money. You pay Delyva exactly the same rate as booking direct in their own app; Delyva pays Kedaipal a small referral fee out of their side for sending the booking. Nothing is added to your price.
Delyva is a courier aggregator: one account, many couriers. You sign up once and get prices from J&T, DHL eCommerce, Ninja, Pos Laju and the cold-chain couriers side by side.
On your phone or laptop, open delyva.com and sign up for a customer account. Use the email you actually check — invoices and courier notices go there.
Put in your shop name, your phone number and your pickup address. Get the address right: this is the door a courier rider knocks on, and it is also what Delyva checks when they activate cold chain later.
Delyva has a free practice account at demo.delyva.app. It behaves like the real thing but books nothing and charges nothing. Handy if you want to click around first — just remember a demo account’s key cannot book real couriers, so use your real account’s key when you go live.
Delyva is prepaid. Every booking is paid for out of your balance the moment you confirm it — there is no invoice at the end of the month.
Pay by FPX / online banking or card. The credit shows in your balance right away.
A West Malaysia parcel is roughly RM6–RM12; cold chain and East Malaysia cost more. Singapore stores are billed in SGD at Delyva Singapore’s own rates. Top up for about a week of your normal volume, then set yourself a weekly reminder to check the balance.
If your credit runs out, Kedaipal will tell you plainly — “Your Delyva account doesn’t have enough credit” — and the booking simply does not happen. Your buyer is not messaged and the order does not change. Top up, tap Book again, and carry on. Nothing is lost.
Chilled and frozen couriers do not switch on by themselves. Delyva activates your pickup address for cold chain by hand, once, before you can book a chilled or frozen parcel from it. Ambient (normal, dry) parcels need none of this and work immediately.
Write to support@delyva.com. Tell them: your account email, your pickup address, and that you want it activated for chilled / frozen pickup. Say what you sell — frozen kuih, seafood, ice cream — and roughly how many parcels a week.
Activation usually takes 1–2 business days. Meanwhile you can already book ordinary parcels through Kedaipal, and you can still arrange a cold-chain courier the old way and type the tracking number onto the order by hand.
If you try to book a chilled parcel before your address is activated, Kedaipal will say exactly that and offer the alternatives, instead of failing with a confusing error. And if Delyva has no cold-chain courier serving that particular address, you will get a plain “no courier can take this” message rather than a silent empty screen. Cold-chain couriers cover far less ground than ordinary parcels — in Malaysia it is mostly a West-Malaysia service, and coverage is tighter everywhere. Check with Delyva before promising a frozen delivery to a distant address.
The API key is what lets Kedaipal book on your behalf. You need one key — that is all.
In your Delyva customer portal, go to Settings, then API Integrations. Create a key if there isn’t one yet.
It is a long string starting with dx. Copy all of it — no spaces before or after.
dxOther systems ask for a key and a secret. Kedaipal asks for the key only — we fetch the rest from Delyva for you and store it encrypted. Paste it into your own Kedaipal dashboard (Step E) and nowhere else. Never send a key to anyone in a chat, not even to us: if you get stuck, Kedaipal support will guide you on a call while you do the pasting.
Anyone holding it can spend your Delyva credit. If you ever paste it somewhere by accident, delete the key in API Integrations, create a new one, and paste the new one into Kedaipal. The old key stops working the moment you delete it.
In Kedaipal, go to Settings → Fulfilment and find the Delyva courier account card.
Kedaipal checks the key with Delyva straight away. If it works, the card shows your account name and the last 4 characters of the key. If it doesn’t, you get a plain reason — usually a partly-copied key.
Street, city and your postcode — 5 digits in Malaysia, 6 in Singapore. (Singapore stores skip the state; the island is both.) This is where couriers collect — and the postcode is what decides the price, so get it exactly right. Make it match the address Delyva has, especially if you asked for cold-chain activation in Step C.
Parcel for dry goods, Chilled for 0–4°C, Frozen for −18°C. This is only your usual choice — you can switch it on any single order when you book.
Connecting Delyva does not change your checkout price. Your buyers keep paying whatever your delivery charge setting says (flat fee, or your weight & zone rate card). Booking is about you getting the parcel out the door. Keep an eye on both numbers — Kedaipal shows what the buyer paid right next to the courier’s real price when you book, so you can see your margin before you spend.
Do this once, on a real order, before you rely on it during a busy day.
Scroll to the Delyva Courier card and tap Get courier prices.
Kedaipal works the weight out from your product weights. If an item has no weight set (or it’s a custom order), it will ask you for the packed weight instead of guessing. You’ll then see the couriers that can take it, cheapest first.
Confirm, and the tracking number appears on the card — and on your buyer’s order page. When the courier collects, the order becomes Shipped on its own. When it arrives, Delivered. You do not touch it.
Once a courier is booked, Kedaipal takes over the status for you. If you also tap Shipped by hand, you would message your buyer before the parcel is actually collected. Kedaipal stops you doing that and explains why — and if you ever genuinely need to override it, there’s an Update manually option on the order.
Do I have to use Delyva for every order?
No. It sits alongside everything else. Self-collect, your own rider, a courier you book yourself — all still work exactly as before. Delyva is one more button, not a replacement.
Can I cancel a booking?
Yes, from the same card — as long as the courier hasn’t collected it yet. After that you’ll need to speak to Delyva.
What if a delivery fails?
The courier retries or returns the parcel, and Kedaipal emails you what happened. The order stays where it is — nothing regresses and your buyer isn’t told anything alarming.
Can I still use Lalamove?
Yes. Lalamove is for a rider across town, today; Delyva is for a parcel across the country, and for anything that must stay cold. Use whichever suits the order — just not both on the same order.
